It just so happens that I am sensitive to gluten so I have been trying to eat gluten free for the past couple of months. At times it can be quite difficult...I use Red Mill gluten free bread in my bread maker and I usually use it for french toast or toast with butter and honey or apple butter, not so much for sandwiches....I have recently discovered that it is quite delicious in strawberry shortcake. I used the gf bread instead of the angel food cake. I warmed it up in a bowl (15-20 seconds) covered with a little vanilla ice cream, whip cream and strawberries.
*instead of stawberries try fresh blackberries and white chololate chips. Yummy!
